@galecrafts Basically each coupon is attached to the card it was printed using if you look at a coupon from card “a” it will have the last 4 digits of the cvs card on it. Technically you should only have one cvs card per household, but next time use his phone number or his cvs card if you’d like to use his coupon, but no policy abiding store would allow using coupons from another cvs card…not suppose to at least. I’ll admit i have done in several cases though.
@BoofersBabyGurl It’s not that they look down upon people who use coupons it’s more they are wary of the coupons themselves. There are several ways to use coupons on products that there not suppose to be used on (manufactures fault) and other ways to deceive stores to honoring them such as corporate threats and targeting new employees.
@ilovemkakeup173 that’s not true. Your coupons do not effect extra buck offers. so if the sale was purchase $10 worth of a certain product and get $5 eb then you could use a $10 coupon pay nothing (sometimes you have to pay the tax) and you’s still get the extra bucks.
I just started couponing at CVS & yesterday when I was checking out using my CVS Care card “A”, they would only let me use the ECB that were printed from using that card “A”, not all of my ECB. My husband has a card as well & gave me his ECB that he got, but they told me I could not use them on this transaction because they were generated from another card. I told them my hubby gave them to me & they said no, he could only use them using his card. Please explain…

Thank you so much for explainning this all in a slow and detyailed process. I AM a single father of three and this is very new to me. I would really love to learn the process of this so that it can make my expenses at lesser value. I am on my way to do my very first coupon savings. I went to cvs and had grabbed 10 worth of items that should have given me $5 extra bucks and I used a coupon but I didn’t get it and the cashier said it prints only by the amount you paid
It seems like a bogo store sale + a bogo coupon should = buy one get two free.

I just started couponing a few weeks ago, I went to walgreens,My 1st time using coupons, and they treated my badly and I felt belittled..then I went to CVS..THEY ARE SO NICE!!!I dont think i will be going back to Walgreens unless it is a deal that is a must have otherwise cvs is my new store..
@MrCare4you I don’t blame u. It is crazy how some of the stores look down on people for shopping with coupons. Like they don’t have to live themselves.

In my fit of rage I walked out of the store leaving my coupon box behind on the cart -:) at the check out. I called and customer service had it. Went to pick it up, took the razor to customer service and asked if the coupon could be used to purchase it. Guess what!! it could. I could not help but to look at her with disdain. I had to ask …are you anti coupon or are you jealous of my savings?
